Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting various accounting activities. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Financial Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and Excel spreadsheets Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements,



including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making purposes. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process accounts payable invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile customer accounts. Bank Reconciliation:
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as an Accountant, Accountant Assistant, or similar role Robust proficiency in accounting principles and practices Knowledge of GST, TDS and other relevant tax regulations Knowledge in Zoho accounting software (preferrable) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and collaboratively w
