Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our Real Estate Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding property requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting follow-ups, arranging site visits, and converting potential leads into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh leads and customer enquiries.

Connect with potential buyers and real estate investors through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and investment goals.

Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.





Build strong relationships with customers and investors.

Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.

Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.

Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate RequirementsGood Communication And Convincing Skills.

Strong interest in Sales & Real Estate.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Basic Knowledge Of MS Office, WhatsApp And CRM Preferred.

Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Loan, Tele-sales or Direct Sales will be preferred.
