What You Will Do (The Role)
You will be trained to support the backbone of pharmaceutical development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of vital trial documentation and Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Compliance: Learning to uphold global standards (ICH-GCP) to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
- Collaboration:



Working closely with our senior team to support clinical trial operations and study coordination.
- Reporting: Learning the basics of tracking trial progress and ensuring all data is audit-ready.
What We Are Looking For
- Eligibility: Must be a fresh graduate or final-year student in B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm. D, B. Sc/M. Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.), or Nursing.
- Mindset: A strong desire to learn, a high level of integrity, and an organized approach to tasks.
- Technical Basics: A basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is all you need to start. We will provide the necessary training on industry-specific clinical software.
- Experience: Strictly for Freshers. If you have prior work experience, please do not apply for this trainee position.
