About the Role
Intellect Design Arena is looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Leader to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our Capital Markets and Banking product portfolio.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Banking, Payments, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets domains, combined with expertise in enterprise product marketing, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of Financial Services ecosystems and experience positioning complex banking or capital market products to enterprise clients and global financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Marketing strategy and execution for Capital Markets and Banking solutions.
Build compelling product positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions.
Drive global and regional Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives aligned to business growth and revenue goals.
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, events,



and analyst channels.
Develop sales enablement assets including pitch decks, brochures, use cases, whitepapers, thought leadership content, and battle cards.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Leadership teams to support strategic pursuits and business growth.
Drive demand generation initiatives targeting banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory developments across Banking and Capital Markets.
Lead webinars, roundtables, analyst engagements, industry events, and digital campaigns to strengthen market visibility.
Track campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Mentor and lead high-performing marketing teams and external marketing partners.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Product Marketing experience within Fin Tech, Banking, or Capital Markets.
