We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support operational processes, manage data, and ensure smooth backend coordination across Scry AI. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
As a Back Office Executive at Scry AI, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data records, and supporting internal teams with operational processes.



You will work closely with different departments to ensure timely execution and accurate information flow.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling routine processes efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Processing
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
Process and verify information as per defined workflows
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in day-to-day back office operations
Support internal teams with documentation and coordination
Handle routine administrative tasks and process execution
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, summaries, and data records
Maintain proper documentation for operational activities
