Role Overview
We are looking for a Meta Ads Assistant who is at the early stage of their performance marketing career and wants hands-on experience working with real brand budgets under senior guidance.
This is a learning-focused but performance-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Support campaign structuring (ABO/CBO basics)
Work with audience research and targeting setups
Coordinate with creative team for ad execution




Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics
Assist in basic optimization and testing tasks
Requirements
Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Clear understanding of campaign setup fundamentals
Familiarity with Ads Manager interface
Strong willingness to learn performance marketing
Good analytical and execution mindset
Training & Growth
Structured training under senior media buyers
Exposure to full-funnel strategy
Practical learning in creative testing & scaling
