International Voice Process Executive – B2 B Sales (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for confident and ambitious professionals with 3-6 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) who are ready to transition into B2 B Sales . The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, experience interacting with international customers, and the confidence to engage with business decision-makers over the phone.
This is a 100% outbound international B2 B sales role , where you will generate qualified business opportunities for our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2 B clients in the US market. Identify and engage decision-makers, including Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives.



Introduce Cofaxis Consulting's services and create business interest. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the senior consulting and sales team. Handle objections professionally and confidently. Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and. Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM. Consistently achieve outreach, lead generation, and meeting booking targets.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO).
Experience speaking with US, UK, Australian, Canadian, or other international customers/clients.
Excellent spoken English with explicit pronunciation, fluency, and professional communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Highly confident while speaking with international clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
