The Instructional Design Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the pedagogical strategy of the organization,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences that align with the needs of a diverse audience, particularly
within U. S. academic institutions. This role requires expertise in instructional design principles, experience catering to
U. S. audiences, and the ability to leverage automation and creative strategies to enhance productivity and maintain

1. Pedagogical Leadership:

○ Continuously research and apply emerging trends in pedagogy to improve learning outcomes.
2. Automation & Productivity Enhancement:
○ Identify opportunities for automation in instructional design processes to streamline workflows and
enhance efficiency.
○ Implement tools and technologies that improve productivity across the instructional design team.
○ Lead initiatives to standardize processes, ensuring consistency and scalability of learning
programs.
3. Cross-Audit and Quality Assurance:
○ Oversee the cross-auditing of programs to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to
organizational and pedagogical standards.
○ Design and execute robust quality assurance processes to ensure all instructional materials meet
world-class benchmarks.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and continuously refine learning solutions.
