As a Gen AI Lead , you will provide end‑to‑end technical leadership for Generative AI initiatives within Edge Services. You will advise clients, define Gen AI strategies, lead solution design, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, ethical,



and production‑ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on Gen AI strategies, use cases, feasibility, and value realization , contributing to product and solution roadmaps.
Evaluate, recommend, and standardize Gen AI models, platforms, and architectures for client problem statements.
Lead the design, architecture, and prototyping of Gen AI applications with robust user and business focus.
Drive adoption of advanced techniques such as LLMs, NLP, RAG, and prompt engineering best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful integration and scalability.
Define and oversee data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization practices.
Guide teams on deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Gen AI solutions.
Assess ethical, security, and regulatory risks associated with Gen AI deployments and define mitigation strategies.
