Designation: Associate Team Lead
Experience: 9–15 Years in Medicinal Chemistry
Qualification: Ph D / M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
Location: Hyderabad (Shamirpet – ICICI Knowledge Park)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Medicinal Chemistry Research Scientist to actively contribute to small molecule drug discovery programs through bench-level synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds. This role requires robust laboratory skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis of small molecules.
• Drive molecule design through SAR insights by integrating biology, ADME, DMPK, and computational approaches to accelerate hit-to-lead and lead optimization.




• Perform purification techniques such as chromatography (Flash Chromatography and Preparative HPLC).
• Conduct compound characterization using NMR, LC-MS, and other analytical techniques.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and proper documentation of experiments.
• Troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.
• Collaborate with biology, DMPK, analytical, and cross-functional teams to support project goals.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Handle and mentor a team of 4–6 employees.
