Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage data migration and conversion activities
✔ Create reports and analytics using OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts
✔ Design Fast Formulas and Process Flows
✔ Handle Oracle HCM personalization and integration issues
✔ Work closely with functional and technical teams
✔ Participate in client discussions and implementation activities
Mandatory:
Minimum 3 End-to-End Oracle HCM Implementations
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to work independently
