Role Description
The Operations Executive role at Poddar Diamonds is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, including coordinating orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely processing and dispatch of goods. This role will support operations management by maintaining records, monitoring workflows, identifying process gaps,



and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency. The Operations Executive will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth communication and alignment on timelines and priorities. Responsibilities also include preparing basic reports, analyzing operational data, supporting compliance with internal policies, and assisting management with operational planning and execution.

- Strong foundation in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day processes and support continuous improvement.
