Physical Security Program Manager - Embedded in NVIDIA
Description
We are looking for an experienced physical security program manager to join a global security technology team of a tech giant specializes in accelerated computing and AI. This role is contracted by Upstream Risk Management, but you will be embedded with the client and based in their state of the art offices in Bagmane Tech Park.
Location: This is an in-office-based role (Bagmane Tech Park)
Employment Status: Full time, fixed term contract (initially one year). 40 hours PW.
Salary and benefits: Starting salary c. 28 – 30 Lakh, medical insurance, meal allowance

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day maintenance of physical security systems across the assigned region, including incident logging, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and tracking issues through to closure.
Manage security installation and upgrade projects, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors, system programming, testing, and commissioning to ensure successful deployment.
Support procurement of security hardware for projects and ongoing maintenance activities, including order tracking and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with the Global Security team on project and service-related activities including regular project status updates.
Perform routine configuration changes and updates within access control and video management systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to security system design, installation, and maintenance.
Skills & Experience
Experience working with incident or ticket management systems like Service Now and structured issue tracking processes.
Experience coordinating with security integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support project delivery.
Ability to perform basic to intermediate configuration tasks within access control and VMS platforms; Lenel and Milestone certifications are a strong plus.
