Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting MyNonu.com’s digital and delivery services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions that support their online growth and brand development.



The BDM will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to develop strategies, track performance metrics, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, regular reporting, and proactive engagement with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications

Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online branding to effectively position company services.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual and in-person interactions.
