Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process at Sapmate Skill Academy. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels; explaining program offerings, schedules, and admission requirements; and assisting candidates in selecting suitable courses based on their background and goals. The role involves conducting consultations, following up with leads,



and maintaining accurate records in the admissions system. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with training and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and will contribute to outreach activities that promote academy programs.
Qualifications
