Director of Talent Acquisition, APAC
About the Role
The Director of Talent Acquisition, APAC, leads a multi-country team responsible for end-to-end hiring across engineering and manufacturing in Asia Pacific (India, Thailand, Philippines, China, Taiwan). This leader brings regional coherence and operational consistency to the way ADI evaluates and attracts talent, while serving as the primary voice of the APAC talent function to global HR and executive leaders.



In addition to managing the full spectrum of hiring activity, this role is tasked with building out university partnerships, supporting the promotions process, and shaping a three-to-five year talent strategy for the region. Success means both delivering on hiring goals and elevating the broader workforce strategy across a complex, post-acquisition workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Talent Leadership: Direct and coach talent acquisition teams across APAC countries, ensuring operational excellence and unified ways of working.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC talent to global HR, regional executives, and senior country leadership.
Talent Frameworks & Evaluation: Drive consistency in how talent is assessed and selected, building frameworks that support business needs and enable mobility.
