Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Associate Business Manager – SEO to independently manage the organic growth charter for a leading BFSI brand. This is a dedicated brand role requiring someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, in a category where accuracy, compliance sensitivity, and trust-driven content are non-negotiable.

You'll own SEO performance end-to-end — from strategy and on-page execution to technical health and stakeholder reporting for a high-intent, high-stakes financial services brand.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

Build and execute SEO roadmaps aligned to business KPIs — leads, conversions, and revenue for BFSI product lines
Conduct competitor benchmarking within the BFSI landscape
Develop keyword strategies across product/service pages, comparison pages, calculators, and informational-to-transactional funnels




Map keywords by search intent and build content cluster/pillar page frameworks
Align SEO initiatives with performance marketing and conversion goals

On-Page SEO Execution

Create detailed keyword lists and SEO briefs suited to financial content
Optimize meta titles, descriptions, header hierarchy, URL structures, internal linking, breadcrumbs, and canonical tags
Implement structured data (FAQ, Article, Product/Service schema)
Ensure all content meets E-E-A-T standards, regulatory accuracy, and transparent intent fulfilment — critical for a BFSI brand
Run content audits and gap analysis; collaborate with UX on landing page performance

Technical SEO

Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and redirects
Provide source-code level recommendations and partner with dev teams on implementation
Resolve crawl errors, index bloat, duplicate content, and page s
