Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site in Velachery, Chennai, driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on local real estate trends, and reaching out to prospective clients through calls,



meetings, and presentations. The role involves preparing and delivering property presentations, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM or similar tools. The associate will collaborate closely with sales and advisory teams to develop proposals, support negotiations, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to closure. This position requires proactive engagement with the local market, regular follow-ups, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong cold-calling and client-handling skills with the ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers.
