What you’ll do
Business Development & Sales: Drive sales growth by generating revenue through the sale of Weir Minerals equipment, spares,



and services. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within Karnataka, focusing on mining and mineral processing customers. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with customers at operational, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and leadership levels. Conduct regular visits to understand customer needs and identify opportunities. Deliver technical presentations and sales promotions to support customer engagement.
Technical & Commercial Leadership: Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial proposals. Lead technical discussions, develop solutions, and negotiate commercially with customers. Manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification through order closure, project execution support, and payment realization.
