Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ambala, responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and understanding client IP research needs to propose appropriate service offerings. The role involves developing and executing business development strategies, preparing proposals,



negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends and competitors, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to marketing initiatives that support brand visibility and revenue growth.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in professional services or IP/technology-focused industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to expand the client base and revenue.
Comfort working with data, CRM tools, and reporting to track performance, forecast sales, and refine business development activities.
