Role Description The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients for Minerdia Studio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound and inbound sales activities, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts aligned with client needs and agency capabilities. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and delivery teams to understand service packages, ensure accurate representation to clients, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships. The Salesperson will track sales performance, maintain updated records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and feedback to support strategic growth initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management for B2B or agency services.
Experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to understand and clearly explain digital marketing services such as branding, social media, performance marketing, and web design.
Proficiency in using CRM software, basic sales reporting tools, and productivity applications.
