Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Semi Qualified Company Secretary based in Gurugram,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves assisting in corporate secretarial work, including drafting and filing statutory documents, maintaining statutory registers and records, and supporting board and shareholder meeting documentation. The Semi Qualified Company Secretary will work on company incorporations, changes in directorships and capital, and other corporate actions, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, regulators, and professional partners. Daily tasks also include reviewing compliance requirements, preparing relevant reports, supporting due diligence and audits, and helping ensure adherence to applicable corporate, tax, and IPR laws. The role requires proactive communication, accurate documentation, and timely completion of assignments within defined timelines.
