nThis role focuses exclusively on non-digital Marketing.
NResponsibilities

- Understand clients' products, services, competitors, target markets, and marketing objectives to develop effective solutions. N
- Create campaigns and generate innovative ideas based on client briefs. N
- Prepare reports, way-forward documents, and creative briefs for projects and campaigns. N
- Work with planning, design, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' requirements. N
- Meet with clients to conceptualize and present marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch plans. N
- Develop marketing plansand budgets for campaigns to align with client goals. N
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunities for growth. N
- Lead, manage, and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring effective delegation, collaboration,



performance, and timely delivery of client requirements. N
- Guide team members on client management, strategic thinking, campaign execution, and problem-solving while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work setting. N

nQualifications

- N
- 7-10 years of work experience in a mainline agency [not a media, event, digital agency] N
- Non-digital work experience is a must N

- Brand Strategy, Planning and management N
- Client Management, Servicing and account management [not accountancy] N
- Creative conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding N
- Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines N
- Meticulous eye for detail N
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills N
