Role Description The Regional Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for leading regional business operations and growth for Urban Money. This role oversees branch performance, drives sales and revenue targets,



and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality loan advisory services across the region. The Regional Business Head will manage and mentor regional teams, establish and maintain relationships with lending partners, and monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, developing and executing regional business strategies, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on long-term planning, resource allocation, and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
Solid leadership and people management skills, including experience in supervising regional or multi-branch teams.
Proven expertise in sales, business development, and revenue growth within financial services, lending, or related sectors.
Sound knowledge of retail lending products, mortgage solutions,
