We're looking for someone to own our Virtual CFO service for SaaS clients, end to end. You will run the books, own the compliances, build the MIS investors ask for, and sit in monthly and board conversations as the client's finance contact.
What you will own
Bookkeeping and month end close
GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax compliances
SaaS MIS: MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn multiple, tracked against plan
Cash flow and runway tracking against funding timelines
Board decks and investor-ready MIS packs
Fundraise support: data room readiness, cap table hygiene, financial due diligence coordination
Monthly CFO conversations directly with founders
Must haves
Completed CA Articleship
Strong Zoho Books
Comfortable with Excel, MIS, and reporting
Explicit communication, confident speaking directly with founders
Nice to have
Exposure to SaaS revenue recognition (deferred revenue, subscription billing)
