We're hiring a full-stack Lead Software Developer (6–8 years) to join our growing engineering delivery team.

This isn't a bench role. You'll own technical decisions, drive code quality, ship every sprint, and stay hands-on with code every single day. If you value ownership over ticket-taking, you'll fit right in.

What you bring:
→ 6–8 years of hands-on full-stack development
→ JavaScript is a must, with a modern framework (React, Next.js, or Angular)
→ Solid backend OOP in PHP, Java, or C#
→ Real database depth: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL




→ Robust design-pattern fundamentals, and Agile delivery
→ Comfortable with US time zone (Central) overlap hours
→ Bonus: cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities
Work as a member of the development team to deliver the highest quality software solutions for our clients
Engage in planning solutions for product feature work, including supporting vetting new ideas, owning technical designs, and providing suggestions for overall product improvements
Implementing business functionality by working closely with development team, business team, account management team and infrastructure team members
Improving product code quality and maintainability through clearly defined standards and code reviews
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
