Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for actively engaging customers in retail environments, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate HerboCleanz products. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features and benefits,



maintaining product displays and stock levels, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized store presence. The Retail Sales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries and feedback, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. The role involves sharing accurate product information, educating customers on natural cleaning solutions, and representing the brand’s values of safety and sustainability.
