Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Associate intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations,



including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding processes, assisting in organizing training sessions, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves preparing basic HR reports, updating HR documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth HR processes. The intern will work closely with HR leadership to learn standard HR practices and gain exposure across multiple HR functions.
Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations, with a basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
Ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information responsibly, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
