Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,
and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as per IGAAP & IND AS.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
2. Accounting Operations:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as bank transactions, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Taxation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing returns for TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.
Coordinate with tax consultants for resolving taxation-related queries and issues.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with
