We are looking for a Senior Creative Graphic Designer who can bring strong visual thinking, design excellence and commercial understanding to the work we create for our clients.
This is not just an execution role. We are looking for someone who can think conceptually, develop creative directions and turn marketing objectives into compelling visual communication.

The Role
As a Senior Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality creative concepts and visual assets across digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing, branding and other digital touchpoints.

You should be able to take a brief, understand the audience and objective,



develop a creative direction and execute it to a high standard.

You will work closely with brand strategists, copywriters, performance marketers, account managers, video/motion designers and clients to create work that is both creatively strong and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands across multiple industries.
Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
Create social media campaigns, ad creatives, carousels, static posts, stories and campaign assets.
Develop creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns, with an understanding of how design influences CTR, engagement and conversions.
Work on brand identity, campaign identity, key visuals and communication systems when required.
Translate strategic and marketing briefs into solid visual concepts.
