Role Description: The Video Editor role at Adztronaut is a full time hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for partial(95%) work from home. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, and refining audio and visual elements to align with campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, developing compelling video narratives, applying color grading,



and incorporating motion graphics or basic graphic elements where needed. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, adapting content for various digital platforms and aspect ratios, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling footage from planning to final output.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support brand messaging and storytelling.
Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Good understanding of social media and digital platforms, including formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for performance marketing content.
