Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will manage existing customer accounts, build new business relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate bearing and industrial equipment solutions, preparing quotations,



and negotiating pricing within company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating order processing, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams such as sales operations and logistics. The Account Manager will maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking tools, monitor account performance, and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications

Experience of 2 years in account management.
Basic technical understanding of bearings, mechanical components, or industrial equipment (or willingness to learn quickly).
Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up.
Proficiency with common office software and familiarity with Zoho CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
