n Voy India, previously Early Fit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

n What You’ll Be Doing ?
n n Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives
n Execute.
n Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end
n Support business planning, research, and decision-making
n Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward
n Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights
n Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth

n What We’re Looking For ?
n n 4-8 years of experience in consulting or startups
n Robust problem-solving and structured thinking
n Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
n Clear communication and ownership mindset
n High attention to detail and ability to execute independently
n Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
