About the Project
We are recruiting technical professionals to join our dedicated project team for the Karnataka Government School Infrastructure Development Project. This initiative covers the comprehensive planning, design, estimation, and structural execution of educational infrastructure across Karnataka.

Project Lead Architect - 1 Position
Junior Architects – 10 Positions
Estimators / Quantity Surveyors – 4 Positions
Structural Engineers – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities

Project Lead Architect: Lead design direction, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, team management and oversee project delivery timelines across site clusters.
Junior Architects: Prepare working drawings, 3D visual models, floor plans, master plans, and statutory compliance documentation.
Estimators: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, material quantity take-offs,



and measurement verification.
Structural Engineers: Perform structural design calculations, validate load requirements, prepare structural drawings, and conduct site structural checks.
Maintain strict adherence to government infrastructure quality standards and project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills
Degree or Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch/D.Arch), Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or Quantity Surveying.
Hands-on proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, MS Excel).
Solid understanding of building codes, estimation standards, and site execution processes.

Compensation & Engagement Terms
Retainership Fee: Fixed ₹35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand Only) per month, all-inclusive.
Lead Architect: Fixed ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) per month, all-inclusive.
Payout Schedule: Paid monthly through the completion of the assigned project scope.
