Role Description The MICE and Corporate Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and engaging corporate clients and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) partners,



building robust relationships, and driving revenue through hotel, travel, and event-related offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, managing existing corporate and MICE clients, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and to develop tailored packages for corporate and event clients. The individual in this role will monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular reports and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
