1. Business Development Manager – PPA
Role Objective:
Drive end-to-end business development for renewable energy PPA, Open Access, Group Captive, Third-Party Sale and Utility-scale projects, with focus on acquiring high-value C&I; and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire C&I; customers with high electricity consumption.
Develop PPA opportunities for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, RTC and Solar + BESS.
Build relationships with industrial groups, corporates, DISCOMs, utilities, PSUs and government entities.
Generate and manage a qualified PPA sales pipeline.
Conduct customer energy-consumption and tariff analysis.
Structure suitable CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, Group Captive and Third-Party PPA models.
Coordinate with technical, commercial,



regulatory and legal teams for proposals and PPAs.
Negotiate tariff, tenure, security mechanism, payment terms and commercial conditions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to LOI/PPA signing and financial closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly MW and revenue targets.
Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, EPC companies, developers, investors and power-market participants.

Experience & Qualification
Graduate/MBA in Business, Sales, Marketing, Energy or related field.
3–8 years of experience in renewable energy, PPA, Open Access, Power Trading, EPC or energy sales.
Strong understanding of electricity tariffs, Open Access and renewable energy business models.
