Role Description The Caller role at BRAINEX ONLINE STUDIES is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.



The caller will engage with prospective learners via phone, explain available online programs and partner universities, and understand their educational background and career goals. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing clear information on courses, fees, and admission procedures, and scheduling follow-up calls or counseling sessions. The caller will maintain accurate records in the internal systems, follow up with leads to support the admission process, and coordinate with the counseling and admission teams to ensure a smooth learner experience. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly call targets, adhering to communication guidelines, and representing the institute in a qualified and supportive manner.
