Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, working primarily across Arvaa Diamonds’ showrooms. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, provide product education on lab-grown diamonds, and guide them through the selection of fine jewellery pieces. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers,



understanding their preferences, presenting suitable designs, handling inquiries, and supporting the completion of sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, managing follow-ups with prospective clients, contributing to local sales initiatives, and ensuring an elevated and personalised customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients in a professional and courteous manner.
