Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display),



tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and implementing A/B tests to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging, landing pages, and funnels to campaign objectives and ensure consistent brand representation. The Performance Marketer will also manage budgets, forecast results, and prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications

Solid skills in performance marketing across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing, with a focus on measurable growth.
Proficiency in analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, advertising platforms, A/B testing tools) and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience with campaign strategy, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization,
