Role Description The Digital Collection Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The role involves managing and executing digital collections activities for customer accounts, including following up on overdue payments through phone, email, messaging platforms, and other approved digital channels. The Digital Collection Executive will monitor account performance, update collection status in internal systems,



and ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries, negotiating and recording payment commitments, and preparing basic reports or summaries on collection performance. The position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with team members, attend reviews, and maintain alignment with branch-level collection targets.
