Role Description The Assistant Manager HR is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.



The Assistant Manager HR will coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs, manage job postings, screen candidates, and organize interviews. They will maintain HR records, support policy implementation, assist with payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal procedures. The role also involves handling employee queries, organizing training or development activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Robust skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Experience in HR operations and administration, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting payroll processes.
