Role Description The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that align with 4mation Skins’ brand values and marketing goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing platform-specific content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and analytics, and coordinating with the marketing and product teams to support launches and promotions. The role also involves managing online community interactions,



handling basic public relations responses on social channels, and identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and audience connection. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in local brand initiatives and events.
Qualifications

Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to skincare and wellness audiences.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social posts, internal collaboration, and audience engagement.
Experience with Public Relations in digital contexts, including managing brand reputation and responding to audience feedback.
Familiarity with social media analytics too
