Role Description
The HR Executive (Payroll & Employee Onboarding) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintenance of employee records. The HR Executive will coordinate employee onboarding activities, including documentation, induction,



and orientation, while ensuring a smooth experience for new team members. Daily responsibilities include handling HR operations queries, supporting employee relations, administering HR policies, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive and compliant workplace. The role also requires regular reporting, data management in HR systems, and support in performance and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), with experience in a corporate or agency workplace.
