Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading sales activities and driving revenue growth for Next Automate. This is a hybrid position based in Kerala, India, with a mix of on-site client visits and office collaboration, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



managing the sales pipeline, and conducting product presentations and demos to prospective clients. The Sales Manager will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts, mentoring junior sales team members, and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or technology solution sales, preferably in automation, software, or related domains.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
