Role Description:The Content Strategist (D2C Skincare) will lead end-to-end content planning and execution across digital channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging for 4mation Skins. Responsibilities include developing content strategies for campaigns and evergreen initiatives, creating and managing editorial calendars, and coordinating with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with business goals. The role involves hands-on content development for web,
social media, email, and other D2C touchpoints, as well as tracking performance, optimizing content based on analytics, and maintaining brand voice and compliance with skincare claims. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive ownership of content initiatives.
Qualifications:
Ability to develop and execute content strategy and content development plans for D2C skincare and digital campaigns.
Skills in content management and web content writing, with experience maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms.
Strong writing skills for consumer-facing, educational, and promotional skincare content.
Experience in D2C or beauty/skincare brands, with understanding of consumer journeys and e-commerce best practices.
Comfort working with data and content performance metrics to refine and optimize content.
