Responsibilities

Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, SevOne, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.
Optimize alert noise reduction (deduplication, thresholds, suppression).
Manage incident lifecycle: Detection → Response → Resolution → Postmortem.
Coordinate incident response with DevOps, SRE, NOC, and application teams.
Create and maintain runbooks and playbooks for incident handling.
Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and RCA documentation.
Implement automation using PagerDuty APIs.
Monitor SLA/SLI/SLO compliance and performance metrics.
Ensure high system uptime and reliability.
