Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Relationship Manager located in Durgapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, problem resolution, customer retention,
and liaising with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves a high level of customer interaction and requires excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
Organizational and Time Management skills
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
