About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who is confident speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and converting sales opportunities into paying clients.
This role is ideal for someone with experience handling B2C sales calls for US or Canadian customers, preferably within the home services industry. We are not simply looking for someone who can make a high volume of cold calls — we need someone who can build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections, follow up, and close the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers in the US and Canada.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate home service.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
Identify buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.
Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, and competition.
Follow up with leads who have not yet converted.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Work independently during the assigned night shift while maintaining consistent productivity.
What We’re Looking For
B2C sales experience is required.
Experience handling US or Canadian customers is strongly preferred.
Previous night shift experience is a MUST, particularly experience working with North American clients.
Experience in the home services industry (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, moving, repairs, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right service.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into sales, not just make calls.
