Role Description This is a full time remote role focused on managing and optimizing Customer.io for lifecycle, behavioral, and automated communications. The team member will design and implement customer journeys,



build and segment audiences, and configure event-triggered campaigns that align with marketing and growth objectives. Daily tasks include creating and testing email, SMS, and in-app messaging flows, monitoring campaign performance, and using data to refine personalization, frequency, and content. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams to integrate Customer.io with other MarTech tools, ensure accurate data mapping, and maintain clean, reliable customer profiles. The team member will also document processes, manage campaign calendars, and contribute to experimentation strategies to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
