Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing goals. Daily tasks include managing posting schedules, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content based on performance analytics. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, coordinating with marketing and creative teams,



and staying current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools. The Social Media Manager will also support campaign planning, report on key metrics, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social content and community responses.
Experience with Content Strategy to develop calendars, align social content with broader marketing initiatives, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
